Savanah Alas-Ruiz has been a registered nurse sine 2014 and a family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelors in the science of nurse from Salem State University, and worked as a registered nurse in multiple south shore hospitals. Savanah then completed her masters in science of nursing at Regis College. She is now certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International. Prior to entering the nursing profession, Savanah served in the United States Army. After two tours in Iraq and serving eight years she decided to further her education in the medical field. Since transitioning into family care, Savanah has developed an interest in preventative care and health promotion. She also has a passion for developing long term and lasting relationships with patients and their families. Savanah recently moved to Middleton from the south shore with her two children and husband. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
